Mungere breaks down gender stereotypes through sport

At the Mungere School, we are keen to break down gender stereotypes.

We don’t believe your sex should determine which sport you play, which is why our boys play netball and our girls play football.

Yunisi is the current leading goal shooter in netball while Zena and Mwajabu have represented the district in football.

Development relies on promoting equality and our students are certainly equally competitive!
